Colin and myself started the Practice 42 years ago in the front room of our house. With continual investment in state-of-the-art equipment and technology, quality products and the dedication of an excellent Team who are passionate about what they do, we have the pleasure of welcoming our patients every day with a smile.

For years we have been known as a problem solving destination and we pride ourselves on facing every challenge with enthusiasm and the end goal of a good outcome.

Our strength is in listening to our patients and offering them solutions to meet their needs. And we are now welcoming the third generation of our local community.

To all our patients – your support allows us to continue giving excellent eye care in Northfields and even as far away as Switzerland, France and Portugal.

Nearly 20 years ago when I heard about Myopia Management Therapy my interest was sparked being a myope myself. We now have a busy Clinic treating our young myopes with the aim of reducing progression as they grow.

My other area of interest is Visual Stress and I run a specialist Clinic which gets referrals from near and far. There is no greater satisfaction than hearing a child (and adults too) who has Visual Stress read with confidence when a suitable colour is found.

In 2020 when we all “had to stay at home” I started watercolour painting for the very first time and now this has become my passion. It is with pride that I can say that many of my patients have my paintings hanging in their houses, and my handprinted cards are flying off the shelf. All proceeds go to Charity and since 2021 we have raised just shy of £10,000.
